Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on the service selected delivery estimates will vary. Shipping time is calculated from when the item is received at the shippers location.

Canada: 7-10 Days
USA: 3-8 Days
Europe: 15-35 Days
Asia: 18-35 Days
Australia/New Zealand: 20-35 Days
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
LANTERNGear.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LANTERNGear.com (Rolling Enterprises Inc.) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In addition, we do not have any control over items that are held at destination customs for any reason and are not responsible for replacement or refund of such items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items purchased are permitted to be imported into that country. Rolling Enterprises Inc.
(LANTERNGear.com) will not contact, or attempt to contact any foreign customs services to inquire about the status of a shipment being held.
Damages
LANTERNGear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
